重症恙虫病诊治分析23例

摘 要 目的：分析重症恙虫病的诊断与治疗。方法：收治恙虫病患者47例，分为治疗组23例和对照组24例，两组均使用多西环素治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率87.5%，对照组总有效率100%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：恙虫病早期诊断、早期治疗，可以提高疾病的治愈率。
