    摘 要 目的：总结重度肺动脉瓣狭窄患者术后低氧血症的护理特点。方法：对重度肺动脉瓣狭窄行右室流出道跨环补片的患者，围术期发生低氧血症、低心排25例患者进行护理。结果：死亡3例，均为严重低氧血症、低心排，经治疗无改善，继发多脏器功能衰竭死于术后5～9天，其余患者经治疗后好转出院。结论：有效地观察监测和及时合理的处理低氧血症，可以明显减少术后并发症，降低死亡率。
