75例缓解期哮喘患者用药依从性临床分析与健康教育

摘 要 目的：探讨缓解期哮喘患者用药依从性及其影响因素。方法：选择曾经接受吸入激素治疗缓解期哮喘患者75例，采用问卷调查方法，由经过培训的护师以上人员与缓解期哮喘患者通过交谈法和随调法如实填写。结果：75例缓解期哮喘患者中，仅有24例坚持按医嘱用药，依从率32%，年龄、文化程度、经济收入、疾病程度、药物不良反应、哮喘教育不同者依从性差异有统计学意义。结论：年龄愈大，文化程度低，经济收入差，轻度哮喘，担心药物不良反应，长期得不到哮喘教育及用药指导的哮患者依从性较低。

Abstract Objective：To investigate drug compliance and its influencing factors of asthma patients in remission.Methods：Select 75 patients with asthma in remission，who had received inhaled corticosteroid therapy.Using the questionnaire method，truthfully filled out by a trained nurse or others above，by talking and follow-up investigation of asthma patients in remission.Results：In 75 cases of asthma patients in remission，only 24 cases adhere to prescription drugs，compliance was 32%，differet on age，education level，income，extent of disease，adverse drug reactions、asthma education also have compliance difference significantly ......
