摘 要 目的：讨论针对性优质护理在治疗支气管哮喘中的应用及疗效。方法：收治支气管哮喘患者104例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组52例。试验组采用常规治疗的同时进行优质护理，对照组采用常规治疗。观察记录试验组和对照组在护理前后的睡眠质量情况，对出院后掌握哮喘知识情况进行评分，并对两组结果进行比较。结果：优质护理试验组睡眠各项指标均高于入院前，且优于护理后的对照组(P<0.05)。优质护理患者哮喘知识掌握情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对性优质护理能够良好的控制支气管哮喘的发生，同时对患者的睡眠质量有很大提高。
