    摘 要 妊娠期糖尿病不仅会影响妊娠结局，也使产妇远期发生糖尿病的风险增加。加强妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的观察护理，及时诊断，及早干预，可有效控制糖尿病发生。

    Abstract Gestational diabetes mellitus not only affects the pregnancy outcome，also make the maternal long-term increased risk for diabetes.Strengthen the observation and nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus puerpera，timely diagnosis，early intervention，can effectively control the diabetes.
