    摘 要 目的：分析妇科门诊患者的心理特点并实施心理护理。方法：通过接诊患者，了解患者的一般病情及心理特点。结果：在妇科门诊工作中，患者存在急躁不安、情绪不稳定、挑选医生、紧张羞涩、自卑、抑郁恐惧等心理特征。结论：通过建立良好医患关系，掌握患者心理活动规律。积极做好健康宣教工作，解除患者思想顾虑等措施可取得患者的充分信任，从而提高医疗护理质量。
