    摘 要 目的：探讨保守治疗宫外孕护理方面应注意的问题。方法：对172例保守治疗宫外孕的患者进行总结分析。结果：172例患者中保守治疗成功157例(91%)，经随访血β-HCG均于出院后2周～1个月降至正常。结论：宫外孕保守治疗方法简单方便，但整个治疗过程中需要患者自始至终地合作，否则易导致治疗失败。

    Abstract Objective：To explore the nursing problems of conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods：Analysis was made on 172 cases of conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients.Results：In 172 patients，conservative treatment was successful in 157 cases(91%).The blood β-HCG were discharged after 2 weeks to 1 month to normal.Conclusion：Ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment method is simple and convenient ......
