    摘 要 目的：探讨PBL教学法在泌尿外科教学中的应用效果。方法：选取临床学生171名，随机分成试验组和对照组，试组85人，对照组86人，前者采用以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)，后者采用传统教学方法。泌尿外科教学结束后采用理论考试和调查问卷的方法，检测教学效果。结果：PBL组学生在考核总成绩，自学能力、对教学法满意度、口头表达能力、学习主动程度、诊疗思维培养提高程度上优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论：泌尿外科教学采用PBL教学模式，有利于提高教学质量，为今后的工作打下良好的基础。
