摘 要 目的：临床观察地佐辛腹部手术患者术后硬膜外镇痛作用。方法：收治行腹部手术且进行术后硬膜外镇痛的患者30例，随机分为两组，分别给予地佐辛(D组)和吗啡(M组)镇痛治疗。结果：两组的镇痛效果比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；D组恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒等不良反应的发生率明显低于M组(P<0.05)。结论：地佐辛是一种新型药物，对中、重度疼痛镇痛效果良好。
