    摘 要 目的：探讨循证护理在预防或降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发症的效果。方法：对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者178例出现及潜在的并发症进行临床评估分析，实践循证护理的理念，制定干预措施。结果：循证护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者并发症干预有效。结论：循证护理可有效预防或降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者并发症的发生，减轻患者痛苦，有利于缩短患者住院日，减少患者住院费用。
