    摘 要 根据产科护理工作特点，制订优质护理服务的方案和计划，并组织实施。通过加强基础护理和专科护理，加强护患沟通，医护沟通，健康教育，改变排班模式，加强后勤保障等措施的落实，增强了整体服务意识，为患者提供了全程、全面、优质的护理服务，保障了医疗安全，改善了患者体验，融洽了护患关系，促进了医患和谐，提高了护理质量。
