    摘 要 目的：探讨氯胺酮与丙泊酚在小儿外科短小手术中麻醉的安全性。方法：根据小儿外科手术时间短的特点，设计使用氯胺酮或丙泊酚进行麻醉的方法并比较，探讨两者之间的优越性。结果：氯胺酮较丙泊酚在小儿外科短小手术中，具有麻醉镇痛作用强、诱导时间短，对呼吸、循环干扰较小的优点。结论：通过对氯胺酮与丙泊酚在小儿外科短小手术中的应用比较，氯胺酮具有镇痛作用强、诱导时间短，对呼吸、循环干扰较小、可使小儿平稳度过手术期的优点。
