    摘 要 血管性痴呆属中医“痴呆”范畴，可从虚、痰瘀、毒三个方面探讨本病的病因病机。其发病为本虚标实之证，肾精亏虚为其本，痰浊、瘀血为其标，既是病理产物又是致病因素，而毒损脑络为脑消髓减最终致病的关键。
