    摘 要 目的：总结急诊气管插管经验，提高抢救成功率。方法：34例急诊患者采用麻醉喉镜经口明视下紧急插管。结果：34例患者插管时间30～180秒；插管时能暴露声门的26例，不能显露声门而盲插管的8例；1次插管成功23例，≥2次插管成功8例；抢救成功24例，抢救成功率71%。结论：熟练掌握气管插管技术及插管困难的处理方法能提高插管成功率。
