    摘 要 目的：探讨三踝骨折的治疗方法，改进手术方式。方法：应用腓骨后侧入路进行后踝、外踝骨折块复位，从前踝用螺丝钉固定后踝。结果：骨折愈合快，创伤小，优良率达到91.1%。结论：此方法手术损伤小、简单、易操作，为治疗三踝骨折的良好手段。
