    摘 要 目的：分析早期干预对高危儿的影响因素和临床干预效果。方法：选取146例高危儿作为研究对象，为所有高危儿建立健康档案，并对所有高危儿施行综合性的早期干预措施，评估干预的效果。结果：与正常儿资料比较，高危儿月龄越高，其间的差异越小；并且随访的次数越多，高危儿的依从性越高。结论：影响高危儿早期干预效果的因素包括多方面，早期干预能够促进高危儿神经系统的发育，具有较好的依从性。
