    摘 要 目的：对医院病案进行管理有助于医院和安全医疗的不断发展。其所具有的积极意义和重要性是我们不能忽视的。必须加大力度到医院病案的管理上来，从而促进病案管理制度的完善，使病案管理在医院的发展中更加趋于系统化、模式化和合理化。本文针对病案管理上的相关问题提出如何加强病案管理，为日后其他学者的研究以及医院的管理提供借鉴，以供商榷。
