缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压90例临床疗效观察

摘 要 目的：观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床疗效。方法：收治原发性高血压患者90例，将上述患者随机分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组50例，对照组40例，观察组采用氨氯地平与缬沙坥联合治疗，对照组采用氨氯地平单独治疗。结果：观察组总有效率92%，对照组总有效率77.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：采用氨氯地平与缬沙坦联合治疗高血压疗效好而不良反应小。
