子宫动脉化疗栓塞保守治疗瘢痕妊娠的临床分析

摘 要 目的：探讨子宫动脉化疗栓塞保守治疗瘢痕妊娠的临床效果。方法：收治瘢痕妊娠孕妇20例，于子宫动脉内灌注甲氨蝶呤100mg，口服米非司酮胶囊(20mg/日)。结果：本组20例患者经过子宫动脉化疗栓塞保守治疗清宫时出血量约50～100ml，病理检查可见绒毛组织，3天后血β-HCG值降至正常。结论：子宫动脉化疗栓塞保守治疗瘢痕妊娠疗效显著。
