两种内固定方法治疗股骨干骨折分析及相关问题探讨

摘 要 目的：探讨两种内固定方法治疗股骨干骨折疗效差异。方法：收治股骨干骨折患者100例，随机分成钢板内固定组和带锁髓内钉内固定组各50例。结果：带锁髓内钉内固定术在骨折愈合时间、医疗费用、并发症发生率和优良率明显高于钢板内固定组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：带锁髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨干骨折疗效显著。
