2型糖尿病患者瘦素水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性

摘 要 目的：探讨2型糖尿病血清瘦素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数的相关性。方法：收治2型糖尿病患者90例，作为观察组，选择同期进行健康体检的90例为对照组，测定并比较两组空腹血糖、血清瘦素和空腹胰岛素水平。结果：观察组血清瘦素、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR水平与血清瘦素水平与呈正相关(r=0.341、0.482、0.457，P<0.05)。结论：瘦素可能与2型糖尿病的发病有关，且可能与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
