剖宫产术中手取高浮胎头的体会

摘 要 目的：总结剖宫产术中手取高浮胎头的经验，进一步提高临床疗效。方法：收治高浮胎头产妇80例，均为初次剖宫产，随机分成对照组和观察组各40例，对照组用延长切口，按压宫底徒手娩出胎头，观察组应用钳夹娩出胎头。结果：观察组产妇切开子宫至胎头娩出时间明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：医护人员要有娴熟的手取方法，才能取得胎儿的顺利娩出。
