逍遥散加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎80例

摘 要 目的：探讨逍遥散加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法：收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者160例，所有患者均经胃镜确诊，随机分成对照组和观察组各80例，对照组给予吗丁啉、维酶素片、阿莫西林胶囊进行治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用逍遥散加减方进行治疗，两组均治疗1个月。结果：观察组显效56例，有效14例，无效10例，总有效率87.5%，对照组显效40例，有效22例，无效18例，总有效率77.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：逍遥散加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。
