    摘 要 目的：了解肝硬化失代偿期患者在院外的遵医行为，适时帮助患者实现治疗的最佳效果。方法：采用自行设计的肝硬化失代偿期患者遵医行为调查问卷表，发放问卷调查表40份，回收后进行整理分析，对不良遵医行为提出改进措施。结果：由于家庭、社会和个人等多方面原因，患者院外遵医行为及自我管理能力较低。结论：护士应对肝硬化失代偿期患者进行系统的健康教育，提高其相关知识水平，更好地遵从医生嘱咐，提高其生活质量。
