    摘 要 近年来关于药品不良反应的报道及讨论越来越引起社会的关注。通过对常见的药品不良反应类型、引起药品不良反应的因素进行分析，，提出了降低不良反应发生率及如何合理用药的举措。

    Abstract The adverse drug reaction reports and discussions attracted more and more attention in recent years.We analyszed the common types of adverse drug reactions，and the causes of adverse drug reactions，thus we could put forward to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and how to rational use of drug action.
