硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病并高血压的疗效分析(1)

摘 要 目的：探讨应用硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病并高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择60例糖尿病肾病并高血压患者，随机分成两组，对照组30例，治疗组30例，均给予常规治疗，如给予糖尿病饮食、消除诱因、低蛋白饮食、限制钠盐、正确控制血糖，配合小剂量利尿剂等。另外，对照组给硝苯地平片治疗，治疗组给予硝苯地平片联合卡托普利片治疗。观察用药前与用药后的收缩压、舒张压的变化。结果：收缩压、舒张压用药前与用药后比较均有明显下降，治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病并高血压有明显疗效，且安全性高，不良反应较少。
