两种治疗方法对外伤性前房积血的疗效分析(1)

摘 要 目的：分析两种不同治疗方法对外伤性前房积血的疗效。方法：收治外伤性前房积血患者100例。按照治疗方法分为甲组和乙组，甲组眼数46眼，乙组眼数61(两组都有双眼受伤的患者)。甲组使用的是止血促血吸收药物；乙组使用的是止血促血吸收药物+尿激酶。比较两组视力恢复情况(有效率)和积血吸收时间。结果：乙组的视力恢复有效率86.89%，甲组的视力恢复有效率71.73%；积血吸收时间乙组短于甲组。结论：止血促血吸收药物+尿激酶对外伤性前房积血的疗效甚好。
