乙烯雌酚配合中药薰洗方治疗老年性阴道炎86例疗效观察(1)

    摘 要 目的：探讨乙烯雌酚配合自拟中药熏洗方治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：将86例老年阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例)，治疗组予乙烯雌酚和中药薰洗治疗，对照组单纯予乙烯雌酚治疗。结果：治疗组痊愈38(88.4%)，有效5(11.6%)，无效0，总有效率100%；对照组痊愈23(53.5%)，有效16(37.2%)，无效4(9.3%)，总有效率90.7%。结论：乙烯雌酚配合中药薰洗治疗老年性阴道炎疗效满意。
