    摘 要 目的：探讨彩色多谱勒超声对下肢静脉疾病的诊断价值。方法：对78例双下肢静脉疾病患者的检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果：超声诊断双下肢静脉疾病68例(87.1%)。结论：根据双下肢静脉疾病在二维超声及彩色多谱勒超声上的特征性表现，提高双下肢静脉疾病的诊断率，为临床诊疗提供依据。
