    摘 要 目的：探讨慢性肾功能衰竭误诊的原因及对策。方法：对32例慢性肾功能衰竭误诊患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：在32例患者中，被误诊为消化系统疾病最多。结论：应加强对疾病的认识，以降低误诊率。
