摘 要 目的：观察无痛胃镜检查后患者心理状态及应用心理护理的效果。方法：2012年3月-2013年7月收治进行无痛胃镜检查的患者300例，随机分为观察组174例及对照组126例，对所有入组患者进行心理状态调查，并采取了心理护理干预。结果：两组患者无痛胃镜检查后心理状态、满意度比较，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：心理护理能够有效改善无痛胃镜检查患者的心理状态，提高患者的满意度，值得推广。
