人文关怀在门诊护理中的应用价值

摘 要 目的：探讨人文关怀在门诊护理中的应用价值。方法：收集门诊患者3 566例作为观察组，同时收集门诊患者2 994例作为对照组，对照组进行一般的护理。观察组在对照组的基础上进行人文关怀。结果：观察组满意度97.6%，对照组满意度70.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加强人文关怀可以提高患者的满意度，提高护理质量和临床疗效。
