    摘 要 当前，慢性病(以下简称慢病)已成为危害我国人民健康的主要问题。因慢病死亡的人数已经占到了全国因病死亡人数的80%以上。随着慢病发病率的逐渐增高，慢病管理越来越受到重视。虽然目前研究者对慢病管理做了大量探索，但至今尚未形成科学有效的慢病管理模式，现行的慢病管理也存在诸多问题。现就我国慢病管理研究现状进行综述。
