卓尼县一年级新生口腔健康状况的调查分析(1)

摘 要 目的：了解卓尼县一年级新生口腔健康状况及流行特征，提出防治对策。方法：按《中国居民口腔健康指南》要求和学生健康档案涉及内容进行调查。结果：801名一年级新生中存在各类口腔疾病476例(59.7%)。其中换牙798例，换牙率99.6%；龋齿426例，龋齿率53.2%；双层牙26例(3.2%)，暴牙17例(2.1%)，反牙4例，氟斑牙1例，锥形牙2例。结论：本县儿童口腔健康问题比较突出，其中龋齿是主要问题，其特点是城镇高于农村，农村高于牧区，汉族高于藏族。应该根据儿童牙齿发育特点加强宣传和健康教育，倡导健康的口腔卫生习惯，提高少年儿童口腔健康水平。
