    摘 要 目的：探讨肺结核大咯血的急救治疗方法。方法：回顾分析38例肺结核大咯血患者的临床资料、治疗及各类药物的作用。结果：在救治的大咯血38例中显效30例，有效8例。结论：通过对肺结核大咯血患者的综合救治，总结了具体救治经验，为救治肺结核大咯血提供了有价值的参考资料。
