    摘 要 目的：探讨盆腹腔宫内节育器异位的诊断及处理。方法：对12例盆腹腔宫内节育器异位患者病史资料和诊疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果：术前通过B型超声结合X线摄片诊断定位，12例盆腹腔异位的宫内节育器全部在腹腔镜下顺利取出。结论：B型超声结合X线摄片对盆腹腔异位宫内节育器可以明确诊断定位，腹腔镜下取出盆腹腔异位宫内节育器微创、安全、顺利。
