摘 要 目的：评价性分析PFAN在治疗老年患者股骨转子间出现骨折的效果和应用。方法：收治股骨转子骨折老年患者69例，主要采用回顾性分析治疗资料，观察骨折患者的愈合情况和功能的恢复情况。结果：经过对69例患者进行手术治疗以及后期的随访，其中随访达到6～15个月的患者33例，平均随访时间(8.5±1.8)个月；随访时间3～6个月的患者36例，平均随访时间(4.5±1.2)月，所有患者经过髋关节评分测定之后，优61例，良7例，可1例，则优良率98.55%。结论：经过PFAN治疗老年患者的股骨转子骨折具有创伤小、优良率高的特点。
