摘 要 目的：观察“自拟旋覆当归汤”治疗胃痛临床疗效。方法：收治胃脘痛患者500例，分为西药组150例，成药组150例及汤药组200例，观察治疗效果。结果：汤药组疗效明显优于其他两组，经统计，汤药组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：“自拟旋覆当归汤”治疗胃痛疗效显著。
