探讨ICU呼吸机相关肺炎的集束化护理策略(1)

摘 要 目的：探讨ICU内机械通气患者与呼吸机相关肺炎的集束化护理策略。方法：收治ICU机械通气>48小时患者112例，随机分为集束化组58例和对照组54例。对照组采用常规护理方法，集束化组采用集束化护理策略进行护理。比较两组住院期间患呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率。结果：集束化护理干预组患呼吸机相关肺炎发生率均明显低于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：ICU内机械通气患者采用集束化护理策略可降低呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率。
