急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的有效护理

摘 要 目的：探讨急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的观察与护理。方法：收治重症胆管炎患者48例，分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予一般护理，观察组实施护理干预，观察两组治疗效果和预后并进行比较，总结护理体会。结果：通过比较两组的临床治疗资料发现，观察组的治疗效果和预后明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎患者实施护理干预措施能够提高患者的治疗效果，改善患者的预后。
