社区高血压患者健康教育的效果评价(1)

摘 要 目的：通过社区健康教育提高高血压病患者的遵医率和依从性，从而降低高血压的并发症和致残率。方法：对52例高血压患者定期集中健康教育，发放宣传册，制定合理的生活秩序，问卷形式做答。结果：教育后的遵医率和高血压基础知识知晓率均明显提高(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：社区健康教育在高血压的治疗和预防过程中起着非常重要的作用。
