    摘 要 巨大淋巴结增生症，即Castleman病(CD)，是一种良性淋巴结增生，临床上比较少见，多发病于中青年，病程长，生长缓慢。临床上对于该疾病不易准确诊断，常易误诊为胸腺瘤、浆细胞瘤、恶性淋巴瘤等。本文就1例颈部巨大淋巴结增生症的诊断、治疗过程做一简单介绍，以期望对临床工作能有所指导、帮助。
