酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性心力衰竭80例临床观察

摘 要 目的：观察酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：慢性心力衰竭患者80例随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例，观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗后两组超声心动指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组总有效率95%显著高于对照组总有效率60.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后两组间6分钟步行距离变化比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效好。
