米非司酮对子宫肌瘤手术效果分析

摘 要 目的：探讨米非司酮对子宫肌瘤手术的影响效果。方法：2012年2月-2014年1月收治子宫肌瘤患者200例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各100例，对照组于月经干净3～7天进行子宫肌瘤剥除术。观察组在对照组的基础上，在手术前于月经周期第2天开始给予米非司酮12.5mg/次，1次/日， 连续治疗3个月，停药14天后进行手术治疗。结果：治疗后两组子宫肌瘤体积变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率99.0%，对照组总有效率86.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在术前应用口服米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤可以明显缩小瘤体体积，提高临床疗效。
