摘 要 目的：为降低早产儿发生率，提高新生儿质量，从中西医两方面分析早产的相关因素。方法：2012年5月-2013年10月收治早产儿136例，进行病因分析。结果：胎膜早破、双胎、妊娠高血压综合征、胎位不正、胎盘异常是早产的主要原因。结论：母体与胎儿关系密切，故孕前适龄婚配、婚前体检、增强体质、孕后注意护胎养胎、定期产检显得尤为重要。
