    摘 要 目的：探讨稳心颗粒联用小剂量美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择室性早搏患者50例，应用稳心颗粒，1袋/次，温开水速服，3次/日；美托洛尔，12.5mg/次，口服，2次/日。4周1个疗程。观察服药前后的效果。结果：50例患者中，显效32例(64%)，有效15例(30%)，无效3例(6%)，总有效率94%，无严重不良反应及并发症。结论：稳心颗粒联用小剂量美托洛尔能较好地控制室性早搏的发作，安全性能好，值得进一步研究。
