    摘 要 脑梗死属于老年患者中较为常见的疾病。血小板参与血栓形成及凝血过程，其形态大小、功能特性与脑梗死的关系密切。本文就血小板平均容积对脑梗死发病的影响做一简单综述，以期对临床工作能有所帮助。
