社区65岁以上老年人健康体检血糖、血脂、血压异常状况分析

摘 要 目的：探讨近2年在社区卫生服务中心进行体检的老年人高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的发生率，以采取预防及保健措施。方法：2012年1月-2013年8月在社区中心健康体检的>65岁老年人4 960人，对其进行调查分析。结果：高血脂1 476例(29.76%)，男性>女性，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；70～79岁者33.54%，明显高于65～69岁者及>80岁者(P<0.05)。高血脂人数明显高于高血压、高血糖的人数，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：定期对>65岁老年人进行体检，对疾病做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗是极为重要的。
