硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭的效果观察

摘 要 目的：探讨硝普钠与多巴胺联合应用对心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年1月收治心力衰竭患者200例，按照随机性原则分为治疗组与对照组，每组100例。治疗组采用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗，对照组采用常规方法治疗，对比两组患者的一般情况及治愈率。结果：治疗组一般情况及治愈率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗能显著改善心力衰竭患者的一般情况，疗效显著，安全性高。
