    摘 要 目的：探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒并呼吸、心跳停止的临床救治。方法：收治8例急性重度有机磷农药中毒并呼吸、心跳停止的患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：患者均抢救成功。结论：给予急性重度有机磷农药中毒并呼吸、心跳停止的患者积极有效的治疗，可促进其康复。
